Not only does the Choir give added vitality to the singing of hymns but often KMC entertains guests for 15 minutes or so before the service. It will respond where possible by singing favourite songs of the Bride and Groom during the signing of the register and the very presence of men in scarlet jackets gives a marvellous backdrop to the proceedings. Llantrisant Male Choir is one of the oldest choirs in Wales, we have records as far back as 1898. We have a membership of 50 and usually stage 30 -35 choristers, which means that we can accommodate small and large venues. The Choir performs an eclectic mix of musical styles within its programme, and can accommodate most events. The choir stages between 20 to 35 men and as such can accommodate venues from small halls and clubs to large concert halls. Weddings ave become a speciality of the choir, where we provide entertainment to guests as they arrive and during the signing of the register.
